About
HI-TEMP

High Intensity - Time-Efficient Muscular Performance

This program was built out of necessity. As the demands of work and life increased, I found that my available time to train decreased. I needed an effective way to train that didn't require hours to complete every day. I also needed a break from traditional strength and conditioning programs which have flooded the industry over the years. As a result, I began programming my own workouts, combining the principles of metabolic conditioning with strength training.

The best part: I found that I could get this done in 45 minutes.

HI-TEMP focuses on simple, foundational movements performed under high intensity. The focus is on maximizing your time in the gym while still walking away feeling stronger, mentally refreshed, and ready to take on the challenges that await.

HI-TEMP works around your schedule and is formatted to meet you at your skill level.

What You'll Get:

  • 5 programmed workouts per week

    • 1 Strength-focused session per week (1 month rotation)

    • Optional accessory movements

    • Wide-range of workout types (AMRAPs, EMOMs, RFT, etc.)

  • Each workout will include a suggested warm-up, scaling options, and coaches notes

  • Flexibility to choose your WOD based off your needs for the day...Yes "cherry-picking" is encouraged here

  • Access to the Beyond the Whiteboard (BTWB) app.
